Just received my mushroom jerky and ate the whole bag within a couple minutes with my family, LOL! They are AMAZINGLY delicious! I like the spice and that they’re not too salty. Love the mushroom jerky idea! It was too spicy for me and I was hoping for more of the maple flavor, but those in my family who love super spice, gobbled it up! It’s a touch tougher than beef cause it’s thinner, just an FYI if anyone’s expecting soft, but totally fine and chewable. Maybe there’ll be an option for mild one day? [wink wink, gnomes] I do recommend for jerky lovers. The family, and friends [when I passed a bag around], do want more ☺
